Given the title “Don’t Piss On The Fire,” you’d think this track would come from a hardcore punk act like Pissed Jeans. Instead, we’re treated to the blissfully, stripped down tunes of Seattle folk act Arthur & Yu. The song feels more akin to Woody Guthrie, invoking a certain Americana with Grant Olsen’s wobbling voice tipping around his open chords. Likewise, b-side “Magic Mtn” sweeps with delicate harmonies and an airy mood, truly feeling like some sort of magic.
